Objective
This site is intended to be a primary resource for chronic and long-term care information and services.History
The site was originally created as an alternative source for access to information about the Group Long-term Care Plan for Hewlett-Packard Employees and Retirees and eligible family members. It has since expanded to include news and information on all aspects of long-term care.Future Plans
