American Long Term Care Reinsurance Group (ALTCRG)

U.S. Care's individual product "TLC - Total Living Care®" is fully insured. The ALTCRG assumes 80% of the risk, while the remaining 20% and fronting responsibilities are with the Pioneer Life Insurance Company of Illinois.

The ALTCRG also provides specific and aggregate stop loss coverage for a number of U.S. Care's self-funded group long-term care plans.
